Extreem Oligo, jumlah spermatozoa kurang dari 5 juta per ml ejakulat,
Oligospermia, jumlah spermatozoa antara 5-<20>3
Haemospermia, terdapat eritrosit dalam ejakulat,
Normospermia, terdapat spermatozoa 20 juta per ml ejakulat, motilitas baik 50 % atau lebih, spermatozoa normal 50 % atau lebih,
Hypospermia, Volume ejakulatdari 1 ml,
Hyperspermia, volume ejakulat lebih dari 6 ml
